•  Viewing Establishment Details

Aroundsouthafrica.com will display a list of matches for your chosen search. Select the place of your choice to see additional details including photographs, room facilities and general facilities of the establishment.

•  Making an Enquiry /Booking

Accommodation booking

Click on the "book now" link to see rates and access the detailed description of the establishment of your choice. Fill in the details as requested. Please be as specific as possible with your room requirements, dates of travel and the number of people per room in order to get the correct rate. If you have any specific questions or requirements, please add these too. Payment is at time of booking by either Visa or Master Card. If there is any rate that is not displayed or if your requirement is not available on the "book now" link please email us at enquiries@aroundsouthafrica.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

Car Rental

Click on the "book now" link to see rates and access the detailed description of the car of your choice. Fill in the details as requested. Please be as specific as possible with your requirements, dates of travel and the driver requirements in order to get the correct rate. If you have any specific questions or requirements, please add these too. If there is any rate that is not displayed or if your requirement is not available on the "book now" link please email us at enquiries@aroundsouthafrica.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Payment will be according to the terms and conditions of the supplier as listed on the final booking sheet - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.

Tours

Click on any of our day tours or overnight tours, and make your selection to view a detailed intenary of the specific selection. Select the enquiry and submit your details. We will respond within 24 hours either with a confirmation or availability of selected option. The supplier's standard terms and conditions will be applicable.

Transfers

Click on the TRANSFER link and make your selection. Select the "enquiry" button and submit your details as per request. We will respond within 24 hours either with a confirmation or availability of selected option. The supplier's standard terms and conditions will be applicable.

•  Receiving a response to your Enquiry

You will be notified by an email as soon as possible or by telephone if it is an urgent enquiry. Should you have further questions, you are able to send further emails. All of your correspondence with is recorded for our records.

•  Paying for your booking

All payments are as per the various terms and conditions. All accommodation bookings need to be paid in full by credit card.

If a deposit is required and if applicable you will be informed of the deposit policy. The remainder of the cost is settled directly with the supplier.

•  Cancellations and Changes

Before you make a confirmed booking on www.aroundsouthafrica.com the specific cancellation policy of your chosen establishment will be displayed. To cancel and/or modify your reservation please log in under change or amend your reservation and you will receive an updated email confirmation.
