"I had the luxury of experiencing it myself and regretted not staying longer. Had my first swim in years - the water was absolutely refreshing and not too cold. The food is exquisite, the hospitality of the staff stands out from the rest, and the peace and quiet, listening and watching all the beautiful birds visiting the trees all around, the serenity of the dam and the airconditioned deckhouse - oh I wish I could've stayed longer!" There are 4 bedrooms en-suite in the manor house, 1 exquisite suite in the garden, which has 3 doulbe doors opening onto the verandah surrounded with trees and view of the farm, and a self catering house with a cottage next door, offering another 4 rooms. Game drives morning and afternoon, silver service high tea and small conference facilities for the discerned.
De Waterkant Village De Waterkant Village comprises of various properties in the village (near the CBD and the famour Bo-Kaap), catering for every need. De Zeekoe Guest Farm - Oudtshoorn De Zeekoe Guest House, 7km from Oudtshoorn, has many wonderful features and services, but the most unique of them all, is being host to the local Meerkat family who lives on the farm. Join Grant McIllrath to do a tour with them in their own habitat. Programs have been broadcasted on BBC, Discovery and National Geographic on the Meerkat Magic. At De Zeekoe, you have a choice between suites set in a lush indigenous garden or 4 secluded, equipped log cabins, offering breathtaking views across De Zeekoe Lake. The step out balcony overlooks majestic Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Devil's Peak and a wonderfully quaint romantic deck garden outside the main bedroom window. There is a splash pool in the complex to cool down in on our hot summer days. Equipped with a complimentary PC with Microsoft Office and 24 ADSL for fast internet, a DVD player, satellite TV and a music system. It is airconditioned and has an electronic safe. Navona has safe parking and in easy walking distance to various popular restaurants and café's on trendy Kloof Street. For longer stays, a laundrette is in close walking distance.
